Love the Smell of FALL

It sure feels like FALL. The weather is getting cooler. The leaves from trees and bushes are starting to change color and fall down. All my outdoor friends - chipmunks, squirrels and bunnies are storing food for the winter season. I’ve been chasing chipmunk Fred and picking up some of his food ... oops! I’ve been enjoying also taking long walks with the cool breeze in my face and the smell of Fall.

Sounds like heaven to us! Yesh, fall is a wonderful time - all full of color and good smells and just the right temperature. Chipmunk food, huh? Is that good? Maybe we should try some of dat.

Hey Sugar

We love fall too. We just had a nice brisk walk, and Daisy ate a few acorns. Mommy tells her that she is a dog, not a squirrel.

Hey Sugar,
Yeah for fall. We love the cooler temperature because now we run around and get more exercise. When it's really hot we tend to lie down under trees or stay on the patio in the shade under the deck. The air smells different and the leaves are just starting to change but are not falling yet. Soon it will start to get too cool though and we'll be spending more time inside - YUCK.

It must be so beautiful back there! Mom was raised in CT and always misses the gorgeous tree colors in the fall. Keep those pictures coming of you and that gorgeous foliage!
