First and foremost, Woof!, Lots of Golden Thanks to all my friends, followers, and visitors. Yes! I am constantly aware that I have not done a great job in reciprocating your lovingly comments and visiting your blogs. I do apologize and as I always say “Mom and I will try to find time and try our very best.” I am hoping to visit some of my friend’s and follower’s blogs this weekend.
Life as Sugar the Golden Retriever has been good. I can’t believe that summer is coming to an end soon and I have not gone to the beach. It has been a rainy and cool summer. The lake water is iffy and not healthy for swimming especially with my allergies. The weather has kept me spending a majority of the time indoors and have been sleeping. I’m having lots of adventurous dreams. Oh! lots of you asked where I am on the Coors baseball field … on the the upper left side – lighted orange banner/billboard ad. For sure, I’ll be sharing more of my adventurous dreams.
I would like to inform everyone that I’ll be celebrating my birthday soon – August 10th. In honor of having past 100 blog posts and my 8th birthday, I’ll be giving away custom “Pet Photo” cards. Just like the above photo. I’ll be posting more information in August.
I am hoping for a warm and sunny weekend so I can play in the backyard with the sprinkler and my “wadding pool.”

Sugar, it is all cold where we live, too, and today it is all raining and icky. We haven't had much summer fun, either. We think it's cool that you make cards and will be having a birthday soon. We can't wait for the paw-ty☺
Hey Sugar,
We hope that you get cooperation from the weatherman for your weekend plans. Our summer has been a bit soggier than usual and a whole lot cooler than normal, but not cool enough to keep Jubal from "escaping" to the lake for a swim. Our lake is heated and the water is monitored by all sorts of environmentals so it's great for fish and Goldens, and Labs, and even Newfies. Don't worry about leaving us comments; we're in the same delinquent boat that you're riding.
