I LOVE to Retrieve.
I specially LOVE to Swim.
OPTION 1: Beach
NOPE. I developed severe allergies for the past two years.
I’m banned from the BEACH per Vet Dr’s order.
OPTION 2: Backyard Doggie Pool … I’ve outgrown it.
I can’t fully perform my Golden Dog Paddle.

OPTION 3: Woof! Woof! The BEST!!!
Carriage Hill Kennels Canine Aquatic Center opened recently.
It’s close to home so just needed to give it a try.

It was PAWSOME. Finally, I get to swim again.
I LOVE it so much that I know it will be part of my exercise regime.

LOVED the videos!! I think you could have fun in even the smallest of puddles!!! We have a canine-swim center not far from our house, and my pups LOVED going there too–And their having fun, meant I had fun as well!!!

Oh, how we wish we had a canine aquatice center near us – then we could see if we like swimming. We used to have a pool like yours but a bit bigger. Mom finally got rid of it because the only place to store it was in the basement and it took up too much room. Guess we are out of luck when it comes to swimming.
It is easy to see how much you love it.

How awesome that they have a canine aquatic pool. You are quite the swimmer Sugar, I think you and Duke should get together. I think that the backyard pool is still good for a quick cooling off on a hot summer day though.

And I thought that my dogs were the only ones who had trouble finding places to swim due to allergies. They itch for days if they swim in a pond without streams feeding and draining it… But high mountain (and freezing cold) lakes are fine!

I – the human – like to swim. But my Daisy will not go in the water with me 🙁 In fact, she pretended to absolutely HATE the water until I took her to the beach with her bff, a lab girl, and THEN it turns out that Daisy will go in the water if her bff is there!
But not with me.
Not sure whether I should take that personally?
