Everyday was a weekend – how I felt during my recent holiday break.
I got to hang out and tag along everywhere.
I’m familiar with all the establishments I visited …
the bank, cleaners, bakery, coffee house and various stores.
I was very delighted to all the petting and compliments I received.
One thing I noticed was how many people have forgotten to say
3 Courtesy Kind Words such as Hello, Please and Thank You.
Due to the fast pace and high stress world, many forget saying these
3 Kind Words … but this should not be an excuse not to say it.
3 Kind Words … but this should not be an excuse not to say it.
It does not take time to be kind.
Saying Hello, Please and Thank You should always be a part of human interactions. Make Hello, Please and Thank You be part of your daily life.
Kindness in words creates confidence.
Kindness in thinking creates profoundness.
Kindness in giving creates love.
~Lao Tzu

M.O.M. has said many, many times that humans have forgotten to be kind to one another. She often holds the door for people and they often don't say a simple thank you. So as they pass by her without a word she politely says outloud in thier direction "Your Welcome!" She does then get a Oh, Thank you once in awhile. But she is really hoping that these people will think twice the next time someone does something kind for them. It is one of the simpliest things in the world..to speak the phrase "Thank You".
She refuses to give up on our world!
Hugs and wags, Mistaya
Excellent reminder for everyone! Thank you Sugar!

16 paws up to that!
I couldn't agree more with you Sugar. It seems that when you're in the stores and such these days very few people tend to say those three words any more.
You are so right there, Sugar. And those three little words are so easy to say. Now we say Thank You to you for reminding us of such a small way to make the world nicer.

O Sugar! How wise you are! These are important kindnesses that are dear to our hearts… along wif "You're welcome" rather than "no problem"… and "I would like" rather than "I'll take…" I could go on and on, but fank you for your reminder!
The world would be a better place if the peoples would follow the Golden Rules! Just sayin.
wif love from the Luke

We absolutely agree! Small simple kindnesses aren't hard to do, either, like holding a door and offering a smile.

Sugar!
You are soooo right!
When we are out for walkies, my mom says hello to everyone we see. Sometimes they say hello to us… sometimes they don't!

You are so right, Sugar! We get so busy sometimes but it only takes half a second to say those three magic words and it can make a world of difference to the other person!
Sugar, you are one smart pup! Those words are very important! Especially when everyone is stressed and rushed and crazed by the hussle of the holiday season. Those three words (well, it's really four words, but three statements) can make all the difference and can help you keep focused on what's important in this season — the people and pups (and kitties, too and alpacas and ferrets and.. well, you get the idea), not the stuff. Thanks for the reminder!!
Amen sister 🙂 Thank you, Farley
Murphy agrees, although he feels that all three of those statements could all acceptably be replaced with a treat at any time.
Kira
Hello!
I agree, there are some bad mannered peoples out there!
Always in a rush!
You are very wise.
w00fs, very nice reminder..dont take but a minute to say kind words..we never know when just that little thing could turn a life around..

Excellent advice and it takes so little time.
Sugar, you are so wise. We can help GRACE HAPPEN with those words 🙂
Momma agrees totally. It is so much easier to be nice.
