Combine and stir all the ingredients (except for the cheese). Adjust liquid as necessary.Knead the dough on a floured surface and until it no longer sticks to your hands. Take a small piece of dough and shape into a thin round layer. With the ingredients above, you can create about 20-24 bite size dough. Add the cheese on each of the dough. Bake it slow in 275 degree, until the cheese is melted and the dough is dry. To have a crunchy dough, leave it inside the oven to cool-off.
