ALOHA is the most uttered word here in Hawaii.
ALOHA means hello and goodbye.
There are 5 Hawaiian words that represents each letter of the word ALOHA
that’s behind the meaning of the word ALOHA.
A = Akahai: Kindness, Tenderness
L = Lokahi: Unity, Harmony
O = ‘Olu’olu: Agreeable, Pleasantness
H = Ha’aha’a: Humility, Modesty
A = Ahonui: Patience, Perseverance
The word ALOHA may have originated in Hawaii but Aloha is not specific only to Hawaii.
