First, I didn’t intend to tease and/or cause a suspense from my post yesterday,
I need to tell you something …
The message was intended for my mom.
You see … I am Golden Happy to be back home and I just got lots of stuff to say.
I Woof! Woof! and Woof! a lot!
More than I normally do … Why?
In general, dogs bark and there’s variety of reasons why.
The primary reason is to communicate. Exactly!
I’ve known my house since I was 7 weeks old.
Stuff that I know, particularly my treat jar and the fruit (banana basket) have a specific place on the kitchen counter. Mom suddenly decided to change the placement.
So I Woof! Woof! and More Golden Woofs!
I woofed and stood at the specific place where the stuffs should be at … You see its the perfect place as I can easily see it. With my determination and lots of Golden Woofs, mom finally put back my treat jar and fruit basket in the same place.
Remember, I said I Woof a lot because I have lots to say … I’ll definitely share more later.
I’m joining Monday Mischief but the mischief was caused by my mom.
When things is out of place in your home, does your dog and/or cat notice it?
Lots of Golden L♥VE n Woofs

Well, what we want to know is if she put it back where you thought it belonged? We furbabies have very definite ideas about what goes where! Have a happy Monday, Sugar. XOXO
Hello there Sugar,
Piappies Mom always carries the jar of treats so we don’t get to see where she keeps it but every time she prepares our our food, we all race to the kitchen door for we are sure she will be coming out in minutes. Enjoy your week, Sugar! Woofs to you from all of us.
Love,
Piappies Fudgie, Princess,Frappie, Mocha, Sugar, Wai-Max, Wai-Pai & Forgie
Oh yes, the boys now exactly where every treat and cookie jar are supposed to be, and woe be upon anyone who dares to move them! Certainly something worth woofing about!
Sugar, we think that is a dog rule: don’t move the treat jar! Woofs from Jeffie, Rudy, and Rosie
Naturally you have to woof a lot when things have been moved about. You can’t keep your house secure if things don’t stay the same. Glad your mum remembered her training and sorted everything out. We haven’t had stuff moved……yet.
XXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy
So glad you are back home Sugar!!!!! 🙂
What a smart girl you are! My guys definitely notice when things get changed around!
Your Mom can’t get anything past you Sugar. It is a good thing she put everything back in place. We don’t like change either, mostly when it is with our food items. teehee
the brown dawgs
Good morning beautiful Sugar…good for you saying what you want!!
My Things often move around here…mom calls it enrichment….I call it inconvenience…because I have to recalculate my jumps. Hugs Madi your BFFF
Well that is something to woof about – we need our routines and we like our things to be where they are supposed to be…….thank dogness your mom put things back in the places where they meant to be!
yes, yes yes, they do notice when things are not where they are supposed to be. and Baby woofs if her blanket needs to be spread PERFECTLY on her pillow, no wrinkles. and it doesn’t matter that she put the wrinkles there herself by doing the circle thing you guys do.
Oh yes, I don’t like my things messed with either so I can relate, Sugar. So glad you are home!
Once we are settled later in April or May maybe we can plan a get together
Your pal, Pip
I don’t think they have ever complained, but I am sure they notice when we rearrange the house.
Sam
Good job getting the message to mama
Urban hounds
WE are glad that you were able to tell your mom to put thingys where the BELONG.
Woof Woof, Oh yes I DO notice it. And I let MOM know that I notice it. Glad your bananas and treats are back in just the right place.
Blessings,
Goose
My Mom moved my treat jars off the kitchen table this past Saturday because we had friends over for dinner and they had to use the table……. I spent a very confused afternoon. Every time I came in from outside, I had to walk through the whole kitchen to get my treat….. it just wasn’t right. All is normal again now so YES, I do notice when things are out of place.
Sugar you are so silly! And, yes Boomer and Dottie notice when things are out of place and look at me like I’m crazy.
You sure should woof at that! So glad they are back where they should be 🙂
Piggy kisses,
Katie and Coccolino the mini pig
Oh ya, Torrey has to everything the same. Mostly it’s a routine thing with her. That’s great you told your mom though. Good job.
Good morning Sugar! You are very smart to realize things were out of place at home. I notice some things…the things I can smell or see…anything too high up though, I have no idea what and where it is supposed to be. BOL
Have a great day!!!
*Cairn cuddles*

We agree the treat jar needs to stay put. Same goes with the toy basket. You tell mum, Sugar. Have a marvelous Monday.
Best wishes Molly
Good job keeping your treat jar and fruit in the right place.
So glad that your Mom put everything back in their PROPER places!
Woofing at mom to tell her how confused you are with all the things out of place is a good idea. How else will she know how you feel? 😉
I’m to laid back to woof. I rarely woof at all, in fact people have been known to ask my Mum if I am unable to bark. BOL!!
Well done, Sugar. Mom does not need to get new and creative with the treat jar placement. Freedom, Casper & Nikki agree.
Mom & Dad leave our things where they always have cuz they say there’s not enough room in the house to move things around, especially since we’re not puppies any more. BOL. WOOF! WOOF!
Hi Sugar, Hunter does the exact same thing each morning. When we first got him, he would scratch at the lower cabinet door that contained his treats and food. Because I didn’t want him scratching, I moved them to a cabinet higher, across the room. Now each morning he goes there and sits patiently or he may sneeze to let me know he wants a goodie. Yes, he sneezes for treats. I’m sure that if I moved them again, he wouldn’t be happy; so I’m glad your mom moved them back to where they belong.
Happy Monday!
Noreen & Hunter
Sometimes moms try to be helpful and they really mess things up for us doggies. Glad things are back in order for you 🙂
This is absolutely uncalled for Sugar! Doesn’t the momma know we are not fans of change!
Snorts
Benny & Lily
Hoomans… they always need to be reminded of where things should be and where they were last time *BOL* They have shorter memories. Not like us dogs.
Didya see Fred yet? Is he out from hibernation yet?
woofs n licks,
Dommy
Sugar I agree with you…. If I’m searching for something, it is on a new place. Specially my toys are always on the wrong place – unreachable or on the worst place – trashcan…. oh this humans…
Woof! Happy to be home!! Finn definitely notices when something moves around in the house. Christmas tree – she was so perplexed!
Once we moved the kitties’ litter box downstairs. I told my husband he’d have to let them know where it was. He taped a sign at the top of the stairs that said “Attention Kitties! The Litter Box has Moved!” with an arrow pointing down the stairs. They found it. 🙂
We can relate. As Shelites we are really bound to routine. When Mama or Papa changes that barking and other less than desirable behaviors increase.
Shame on your Mom for changing the treat place! All pawrents just need to leave well enough alone! LOL
Very wise of you to alert mom! If my dogs notice I haven’t noticed them noticing. Now that’s a Monday Mischief tongue twister. 🙂
I can relate Sugar, our Little Bit is the same way. Things need to be the same for her all the time. You can also set the clock by her. She know when it’s time for dinner, walks and everything else. She’s brilliant just like you are.
Have a woof woof day. My best to your mom. 🙂
We do NOT like things to be moved…not OUR things!! We can totally understand why you had your mom move them back to where they belong!! Happy Monday Sugar!! xoxo Chloe and LadyBug
Our mom is forever rearranging the stuff on her counters but we recognize the treat jar and it’s okay that she moves it as long as she shares with us every single morning after walkies!
Love ya lots
Mitch and Molly
Glad things are back where they belong, lovely girl; we don’t like things to change either, sweetie…Have a fun week, beautiful friend…xoxo…Calle, Halle, Sukki
Oh yes! The boys for sure notice when I try to change things up in the house and they make sure they let me know! Good work being on top of this sugar!
Well I sure agree with you, normal is normal and shouldn’t be messed with at all!
Oh, you are soooo right Sugar!! We doggies like thingies right where they should be, and when the peeps move em’ we don’t like it at all!! Good things you straightened your Moms out about this fact!
Good work!
Kisses,
Ruby
You’re a smart girl to notice your treats and fruit had gone missing! How dare your mom move it on you…! Thanks for the birthday wishes for Riley last week (just now getting around to all the blogs!), and yes we still have and LOVE the Love Collar Cover!! 🙂
Lol that is so silly Sugar! You are just too smart 🙂 Shiner does notice things that are different. I once got a haircut/color and she barked at me when I came home lol.
Dogs don’t like change. I certainly don’t. It scares us when things are not the same. We wonder what’s next – will by bed be moved, will my food be moved, worst – will I be moved? That’s the scariest.
Licks and Rrruffs, BJ
You have your Mom well-trained, Sugar. Lightning doesn’t like anything new in his environment. He takes a long time to adjust to change:( But Mom is working on it.
Woos – Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
It’s a good thing your mom has you there to tell her where things are supposed to go. Good job Sugar. We’ve never changed things like that around here but Duke definitely knows where his treats and food are kept
Well done Sugar, what would humans do without us!
Woof woof sounds like you are having a woofing time Sugar. LOL Don’t drive your mom to nuts!
HOME. what a beautiful word……
OH, we always notice when Mom moves stuff around and we complains about it but our Mommy is rude and just ignores us until we get used to where she moved it.
And your mom thought you wouldn’t remember. Silly mom! We notice everything that’s moved and don’t like change either!
Glad ya set our Mom straight Sugar! Max doesn’t like change either….treats are giving in the kitchen by the fridge NOT in the hallway! Ma learned the hard way…it will stay there all day…that’s right…pick it up and move it where it belongs…in my mouth by the FRIDGE!! One day he’ll train me properly!
Heehee, you are SO smart. Don’t let your Mom be puttin’ stuff where you can’t keep an eye on it! What was your mom thinking???
Hi Y’all!
Oh Sugar! I know you are so glad not to be a city dog any longer! But to be back HOME…that is SUPER!!!
Y’all come by tomorrow, Tuesday. I have an Award for you.
Y’all come by now,
Hawk aka BrownDog
Good for you Sugar – What was your Mom thinking? I notice if the slightest thing is out of place, as does my Dad, Mum on the other hand doesn’t notice anything!! 🙂
Big wags,
Your pal Snoopy 🙂
We know what you mean! When we came home after being gone in the wheelie house me and Stanley went crazy dancing all over the place! Welcome home Sugar!
Your Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
Hehehe, you’re a smart girl, Sugar! I’m glad your Mom put them back in their proper place. 😉
xoxo
Marquie, Lassie & Petal
Welcome home Sugar!! Silly moms think they can change things on us good for you putting her in her place! Love Dolly
Hang in there, Sugar. Before long everything will be in it’s place again!
You blend in with your kitchen. Glad your mom put everything back in its rightful place 😉
Chester and Gretel are too short to see on the counter. That doesn’t mean they don’t try though 🙂
