For my 12th Barkday, mom made a DELISH Meal Treat that she did when I turned 8.
Mom made DELISH Pawdelicious Meatballs from Rachael Ray’s K9 Meatballs.
She made me 12 mini turkey meatballs.
Here’s the recipe …
Recipe: K-9-Ingredient Meatballs by Rachael Ray
1/2 lb ground beef (*ground turkey)
1/2 cup cooked brown rice (*white rice)
1 shredded carrot
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach,
thawed & drained (*fresh chopped spinach)
2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons parmigiano-reggiano cheese
1 large egg
2 tablespoons ground turmeric
~3 tablespoon of coconut oil *
Preheat the oven 400. Grease a muffin pan or baking sheet. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Fill each muffin, or mixture into 10 balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Let cool completely on a rack.
*Mom used mini silicon cups to cook my meatballs.

Mom made 12 mini Turkey Meatballs. I had 3 each day (it started Friday night).
Mom enjoys making her “cooking” pretty as she served it to me.

Mama must make these for me! Sugar I have to tell you I went to a pooch pool party and there was a young Golden named Max who reminded me so much of you. He was beautiful and sweet. It was his first time to swim so he was afraid but his owner was very gentle and by the end Max was swimming with the other dogs.

I don’t know how I missed this post? These sound fab! My mom is always making our food look fancy too. We don’t care how it looks as long as it tasted good but she seems to feel better when it looks pretty, and we are okay with that too.
