Last month, we had the pleasure of meeting Miss Lydia Mays, the founder of See Beautiful.
It was a Beautiful Moment.
If you are new to our blog, See Beautiful is a site we discovered 2years ago. It is an inspiring site particularly for women to see the beauty they possess and empower all to see the beauty in the world. Miss Lydia has 2 dogs, Lilly and Buddy.
The idea of See Beautiful to be part of our blog is to share precious endearing Beautiful Golden Moments I share with mom (family). Beautiful moments that my mom (family) recognizes and values it but not others. It is solely based on what Confucius sayings,
“Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it.”
Hoping the beauty I experienced and shared with my mom (family) may bring inspiration to others to See Beauty beyond on what they know. Many say that having a dog(pet) brings a renewed beautiful view. This is what See Beautiful is all about … seeing an unexpected beauty, making the world a better place. Simply See Beautiful …
I invite to check See Beautiful. Every month, it honors and showcases different opportunities for others to See Beautiful. See Beautiful features eco-friendly products that are handmade, hand presses, made with lots of LOVE and are tangible reminders to See Beautiful. We make the See Beautiful Tags. Portion of Sales from See Beautiful products go to a non-profit organization.
{This Moment} See Beautiful is a once a month Blog Hop, every 2nd Friday of the month. simply create a blog post that made your day, week, and/or month … inspiring you in Seeing Beauty. Blog Hop inspired by See Beautiful.
Our next {This Moment} See Beautiful Blog Hop is on

I’ve been in communicating with Lydia this week about my first ever giveaway to help bring those kiddies home! She is a true Golden Spirit. I was happy to see her photo, now I can put a face to the emails. You were so lucky to get to meet her in person. Now that was a meeting of beautiful souls : Sugar, Sugar’s Mom, and Lydia.
Your blog spreads the Seeing Beautiful philosophy every day.
and the founder is beautiful herself, what a smile.
What a wonderful meeting 🙂
We love See beautiful, it’s our favorite blog hop.
Sugar, that is so awesome that you got to meet Miss Lydia. I bet she was just as happy to meet you as you were to meet her. What a beautiful picture of you gals together.
I have visited the See Beautiful site before, but somehow didn’t even realize there were products! I just looked and I love the jewelry and other items!
Happy Seeing Beautiful!
P.S. I shared the painting today, as you suggested.
You not only have beautiful photos, you always have beautiful words on these posts too!

Like the Goose boy, we would love to get the chance to meet Miss Lydia in person but even if we never get to, she has imprinted “See Beautiful” in our minds and because of her and you we find that we spend a lot more time appreciating all the beauty around us.

How nice you two finally met.
In the midst of our floods, I forgot about See Beautiful Friday (I guess that says something about my state of mind)! I put up a See Beautiful post today, even though it’s too late for the blog hop.
Thank you for a beautiful post and for hosting the blog hop.
How wonderful that you met the founder! We joined the See Beautiful blog hop once but because it occurs once a month, we keep forgetting 😛 *lousy memory* But it’s a great blog hop 😉
I am glad you met Lydia. Nice picture of the two of you.
Dearest Sugar, seeing your sweet smiling face in this picture floods back the special memory of getting to meet you and hug you and pet you and enjoy spending time with you and your Mom. As bloggers, we find that beautiful friendships can grow through technology (which is a special thing); however, when you take that technology-based friendship and allow it to hug and connect in person, it reinforces what you already know in the best of ways: You’re friends. You and your mom make the world more beautiful by being in it. It is our honor to get to work with you on our tags and to celebrate your Mom’s book that she so beautifully penned about you (that’s also great for teaching so many things where there’s a gap in the larger children’s literature world – like seasons). Thank you so much for all the beauty you all bring into the world!
