It’s hard to believe that its been five years since we started blogging.
In a way of celebrating, we’ve decided a thoughtful approach and share what we learned for the past 5 years of blogging.

Lessons Learned in 5 Years of Blogging

Have an Inspiration
This blog is inspired by ME, Sugar. My mom says I continuously bring so much inspiration.

Be Genuine, Be Yourself
Blogging can change you in a positive way by being genuine. You learn more about who you are.
Keeping in mind that you don’t need to do what everyone else is doing.

Blogging is About Community
Blogging is about interaction especially now that Social Media (FB Twitter, G+, Instagram, Pinterest) has become part of it. We are grateful to create amazing friendship through blogging.

Open for Learning, Be Creative
Blogging is a big part of technology that is continuously changing.
Willingness to learn is essential. Blogging is more than just writing posts.
It is important to incorporate “out of the box” creativity.

Above All Blogging, Have FUN!
We started this blog because it is FUN to share my life and adventures.

    Great post and wow, five years! We are coming up on two years, but it has really been a great thing to do. I inspire Mom, we do so much more together and have so much fun blogging. Sugar, you and your mom are a true inspiration to my mom and me as well. We remember when we first read your blog and you were in HI, we did not know why you were there but we loved how you were a tour guide for HI. So happy you are back here and I hope we can meet dog to dog one day. Keep up the good work, you are awesome!

    Great lessons to share! You are so wise, Sugar! I think the most important one is that last one. Sometimes it’s easy to get down or feel overwhelmed (“Is anyone going to even read this post i just spent 2 hours on??”) so you have to remember to keep the FUN in it!

    Mommy says that those are all wonderful suggestions. She started blogging when her best friend moved away (as they always seem to do).
