true that!
easier said than done for us old folks but very very good advice.
Well said.
Get off your butt, workout with your mutt. And stay young and healthy.
Great pic

Oh that is so so true. MOM and I play each and everyday, no matter our schedule.
Blessings,
Goose
you’re right, I will search for my ball too :o)
I’m still playing. Just like you are Sugar.
Have a woof woof day. My best to your mom. 🙂
One can never be too old to play. My previous sheltie lived to 18 years old and she still loved to play ball right up to the end!
So very true Sugar – for dogs as well as people!
Sugar, from your daily program, you will be young forever.
Sugar, SOMEBODY had to say it!! We think we will always play cuz that is what we do best!
Your Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
We agree Sugar. Ancient Pip can’t do much but we bought her Greens Interactive Dog Bowl and it makes her work for her treats and keeps her stimulated. Have a fabulous Friday.
Best wishes Molly
Awesome words to live by for us all!
Great advice, and inspiration for the humans too!
Your pals,
Diane and Rocco
The peeps need to exercise, too, when they get older. What better way than share it with a senior dog.
XXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy

Same can be said for our moms! Heehee! Love Dolly
I completely agree!
Amen Sugar!! Get up and spend some quality time playing everyday no matter how old you are….. we are all young at heart!
If that’s true, you’re never going to grow old, Sugar!
So true for all creatures. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
Especially YOU Sugar!!! You and your Moms are gonna be active and runnin’ til your 100!!
Play on!
Kisses,
Ruby ♥
I certainly hope not.
You are so right! Have a great weekend.
What an awesome picture and an even greater message! Thanks for sharing and have a superb weekend Sugar!! xo Chloe and LadyBug
It is a great reminder for people and dogs! Lee and Phod
Matilda the greyhound was playing and running around until her last day at almost 14 years old!

Very good point! You are a wise senior dog, Sugar!
How very true!
You got that right! To stay fit this winter we took a course on Canine Core Conditioning. We learned many exercises we can do on a peanut shaped exercise ball. It comes in handy on those bad weather days when bad weather slows down our walks.
So true. I posted some pictures of Storm playing this week. She is 6 1/2 and still likes to play like a puppy. Some were surprised she still plays…lol.
