Sugar and I celebrated MLB Opening Day with a special strawberry treat.
Dipped Strawberries with Toasted Coconut Honey Oats
Ingredients: Strawberries, Plain Yogurt, Oats (not instant), honey, coconut oil
Prep Time: 20minutes
Wash and dry the strawberries. Remove the strawberry leaf and stem
Using a stick dip each strawberries in yogurt. Use a tray to set your dipped strawberries.
(I own a stawberry dipped set that consist of a tray with slots for the sticks to stand.)
Freeze it for 10 minutes.
Oats: Cooked on the stove or oven the oats with coconut and honey
Coat the frozen dipped strawberries with coconut oil and honey oats.
Re-freeze it for 10 minutes

This sounds like something we can all enjoy!! We can’t wait to try these, especially when we get our own strawberries from the garden. We won’t be able to wait though, because the strawberry patch is still covered with snow! 🙂
