Watermelon Pops For You and Your Dog

June 3, 2014

Watermelon is a great cooling and refreshing snack on hot days.
You can cut the watermelon into squares and serve it … but that’s boring.

Watermelon and Dog

To keep it from not being boring … how about serving it as popsicle using Tovolo bug pops mold. We used about 3 cups of blended watermelon juice and poured into the bug mold. Freeze it for about 5 hours and your bug pops are ready to eat.

@Debbie it was a gift. The mold suppose to look like bugs (like a ladybug). It’s just a great popsicle holder.

Oh that looks so yummy! I love watermelon, in any form. My MOM could use some about now, she just came home from surgery and is not feeling her best. I guess I better go to the frig and haul out the watermelon, that is sure to make her feel better.
    Blessings,
    Goose
