We have Golden company, foster dog Bentley from As Good As Gold Rescue. Bentley’s foster mom is on vacation and we are pet-foster-sitting for 10 days. Bentley is so sweet and Sugar’s likes to imitate him.

Love the Golden smile! I spent yesterday at a GRRACE (central Indiana GR rescue) picnic, as I am friends with a couple of the board members, and there were 13 Goldens there. 6 of them were 4 month old puppies. GRRACE rescued a pregnant puppy mill Golden, and it was a reunion of sorts for the puppies that were adopted out.
They are so cute together! What could be better than a golden smile…..two golden smiles, of course! Happy Sunday!

So sweet!! Bentley actually use to be my dog but due to personal reasons I chose to give him to As Good As Gold. He is such a sweet boy and it broke my heart to give him up but it was for the best. He use to be a country dog, loved riding on the 4wheeler with me, loves apples and cucumbers, and cuddling. I miss him very much but so glad he’s doing great. He was dear to my heart, a best friend. My life won’t be the same without him but I still hold onto the memories and know he will bring joy to someone else’s life like he did mine. He’s such a love and sweet boy! (:
