1) Long Nature Walks: Are you a leaf-looker? One beauty of Fall is witnessing leaves on trees change into colorful hues. Walking is always a good exercise for you and your dog. With the Fall weather and beauty, you and our dog will definitely have a delightful walk.
Keep in mind, ticks are present during Fall. Use proper prevention to protect your dog. Also, be aware of leaf mold especially if your dog has an allergy.
2) Fall Festivities: There are lots of festivals that allow dogs. Check your local city/town. Many farms and/or garden centers host Fall festivals and welcome dogs to attend. Halloween has become a big part of Fall festivals. Halloween festivities can be scary for many dogs, make sure to assess your dog’s comfort level.
3) PLAY: With the cool weather, long plays in the park is ideal. Playing with your dog is important. It’s a good mental break, physical activity for you and your dog. Playing games and having fun strengthens your bond.
