Those are all great tips and I love the bow ties! We do not go outside on Halloween because our neighborhood is overcrowded with trick or treaters. Too many feet for small dogs. ☺

We guess that it is a GOOD thingy that we live so far out in the country that we don’t actually get to DO Howl O Ween… We have NEVER EVER had a trick or treater up here.
We are always safe on Halloween, Sugar. I am allowed to sit outside with Ma and Daddy-dog to give the kids their treats but I must behave and I can never touch the kids treats. Ma keeps some of my doggie treats in her pocket so I don’t feel left out! Great post!
