PetSafe rufferee Pet Collar
Recently, PetSafe launched rufferee pet collar system on Indiegogo. rufferee works in two ways:
1) It’s a pet collar that monitors your pet’s interactions with various objects in your home, such as water/food bowl, or litterbox.
2) rufferee is also used for ‘avoidance’ monitor – learning off limit objects in your home such as furniture or garbage can.
The rufferee system includes a collar and three flags that work together to communicate with your pet and you. You simply put the collar on your pet and place the flags on various items you want to monitor. Then using the free app, you can sync the collar to your smart device and each flag can be assigned as monitor or avoidance. Flags are useful all over the home! rufferee works for both cats and dogs and can be used with multiple pets in the same home.

PetSafe crowdfunding effort is really about bringing people into the product development process.
