Pesticides are used to control the nuisance and damage caused by pests. All pesticides are toxic and poisonous to be effective. Thus, pesticides are hazardous to you, your pets and the environment. As a pet parent, you must have an understanding of harmful exposure to toxic pesticides. You many not be aware but these exposures occur right in your own home.
Three in four US households are using some sort of chemical pesticide at home. Protect your pets from toxic pesticides.
How does your pet get expose to toxic pesticides?
Pets can be exposed to toxic pesticides when they breathe in the product or absorb it through their skin. Be a conscious pet parent, read the label of the products you use for your home and pet.
Did you know?
“The majority of our pesticide exposure – 80% – actually happens indoors, making it imperative for households to choose safe products for their homes, pets and families.”

Indeed a very informative post, about the ones who we care a lot.
The main problem is letting the dog go outside and when he entres, carry along some of the
toxicated and f=dangerous pesticides.
Great these are to proceted from the inner house toxins which could result in bad for our pets.
Thanks for sharing this among us.

We do not put any toxic chemical on our plants, grass or garden vegetables because our dogs are in the backyard playing and swimming. They eat grass and vegetables off the garden.
We do everything we can to use all natural products whenever possible (and this goes great with our own post today for spring cleaning!)… these products sound great!

I try to use natural cleaners in my house – vinegar, etc. , so that my family – including the four-legged ones – aren’t exposed to cleaning chemicals. We haven’t had to deal with fleas in a long time – we sprinkle Diatimous earth in our yard to keep the fleas away in a natural way.

I usually look for natural pesticides, like planting certain plants to ward insects or I don’t use any kind if I can’t find anything that is nontoxic to my animals. This natural pesticide sounds wonderful.

Great post Sugar. We have stopped using pesticides and herbicides completely. No – I take it back – we do use a squirt of RoundUp on poison ivy in the yard because I’m so horribly allergic to it. But we haven’t seen any of that in a few years! I wish more people gave careful thought before using poisons. The Wondercide products sound like a step in the right direction.

I only use natural deterrents for my pets and pests. I use cinnamon and basil and DE.
