    yes, i took art lessons for over 15 yrs and stopped when i was told i had to draw something other than horses and dogs. i find it very relaxing. i would love to take it up again.

    Yes, I think coloring is very relaxing. I like to do it in the evening while everyone is watching TV.

    SIMPLE pictures are relaxing….but I have some books with very detailed pictures which are NOT relaxing at all!
