Halloween continues to increase in popularity especially for pet lovers. According to National Retail Federation survey (7,013 consumers), ten percent of pet lovers will dress their animal in a pumpkin costume. While seven percent of will dress-up their cat or dog as a hot dog and four percent as a dog, lion or pirate.
