It’s that time of the year …
family and friends holiday gatherings at your home.
Of course you’ll be serving drinks to your guests.
They will be carrying their glasses and placing them on your counters and tables. Don’t you dislike to see a ring marks/stains on your counters and/or tables? Also, it can be challenging to clean and remove it.
Fabric coasters are great inexpensive way to eliminate this problem.
My mom used scrap animal prints fabric and a seasonal fabric.
It is very easy to do, just 5 steps.
1) Sew together the animal prints scrap fabric.
2) Cut a 5″x5″ using a pinking shears scissors (zigzag edges).
3) Cut another 5”x”5 with the seasonal fabric.
4) Cut a 4.5”x 4.5” batting.
5) Sew the 3 pieces together around the edges.
Since the fabric coasters have pinked edges it is less likely to ravel.
By using fabric coasters, there will be no rings or stains on your counters and/or tables. Also a great way to add color and pizazzzzz …
