It is true that its hard to resist when your dog begs out.
But as a responsible dog owner, you need understand a few table scraps can be a danger to your dog’s health.

1) Bad Doggie Habit/Manners
Feeding your dog Table Scraps certainly promotes Bad Doggie Habit/Manners. It encourages “begging” and once your dog learns this bad habit/manners you’ll regret it as you’ll be stuck with it. Dogs should not be feed at the table but rather have a set feeding place and time.
2) Safety and Health Issues
This is the most important reason why you should not feed your dog Table Scraps. Feeding your dog Table Scraps can lead to health issues. One of the most common issue is obesity. Feeding your dog Table Scraps leads to obesity overtime. From obesity, it also leads to other health problems such as heart, joint, and back problems. Table Scraps can also lead to your dog’s nutritional deficiencies. You have to talk to your vet if you feed or plan to feed your dog “home made diet.”
YES, Pleading Eyes (and SMILES) are just hard to resist.
