Do you have an adventurous dog? Does your dog enjoys exploring new places, hiking, camping or traveling?
This post is sponsored by Sleepypod®. I am being compensated for helping spread the word about Sleepypod products, but Golden Woofs only shares information we feel is relevant to our readers.
Be an Adventurous Dog and Be Sleepypod Safe
It is rewarding to have your dog along on your adventures especially many places are dog-friendly. Every dog can be an ‘adventurous dog’ but be mindful of your dog’s breed, size and the activities you want to explore.
SUGAR became more adventurous dog since we moved to Southern California. SUGAR is Always Up for an Adventure! With so many dog-friendly interesting things to do, SUGAR’s weekend is always fun. SUGAR loves exploring SoCal, and neighboring cities and states.
On the road, SUGAR’s safety is always our priority. A ‘car crash’ can occur at any time and an unrestrained dog can be easily thrown from the car. SUGAR is always protected by Sleepypod Clickit Sport dog safety harness.
Sleepypod Clickit Sport earned a five-star vehicle crash test rating from the Center for Pet Safety. It is rigorously tested, same dynamic crash tests used to test child safety seat restraints.
We are excited to share that Sleepypod is again our pet travel sponsor. Our blog buddy Oz the Terrier shares the love of being an adventurous dog. This year, SUGAR and OZ will be sharing their adventure travel while being safe on the road with Sleepypod.
Make traveling in the car safer for your adventurous dog with Sleepypod!

SUGAR love reading about your travels. Thanks for the reminder. We are getting a large crate for MAX so he will be safe when we travel to the East Coast this Summer. Love you SUG.

I’m so glad you enjoy your adventures, Sugar!! Currently I have seat-belt connector thingies that clip to the back of Shadow’s and Ducky’s regular harnesses when we get in the car to go anywhere. Better than nothing at all, but not great. I need to take a look at those Sleepypod harnesses again. When I first checked them out, they were too restrictive for Callie and Shadow (before Ducky joined the family).
