Without water, your dog will not be able to function well. Your dog needs one ounce of water per pound of his/her body weight daily. Is your dog drinking enough water daily? Using a pet fountain is a way to encourage your dog to drink more water.
PetSafe provided KORU BEAR a Drinkwell 360 Pet Fountain in exchange for sharing information about Pet Hydration Month. Golden Woofs only shares information we feel is relevant to our readers.
Pet Fountain | Why It’s Good For Your Dog?
Keep Your Dog Hydrated
1. Your dog needs a lot of clean water to stay hydrated. A pet fountain ensures that your dog drinks the freshest drinking water.
2. The running water of a pet fountain will grab your dog’s attention and entices your dog to drink more water.
3. Using a pet fountain, your dog will have the healthiest drinking water. The carbon filter gets rid of any water dirt and impurities. The result is a clean and fresh drinking water for your dog.
4. A pet water fountain increases your dog’s hydration. Thus, it helps prevent urinary and kidney diseases.
5. Your dog’s environment will also have a better air quality. A pet water fountain helps keep the air in your home clean and fresh. It adds humidity to a room, thus enhancing the quality of the air you and your dog breathe.

I love this fountain… it would be a good way to prevent the next flood we always have with our water bowl ;o)
The fountain looks great. In the really hot weather our dogs like a few ice cubes in their bowls each time they get a water “fill up”.
That looks like a great product! The collies would probably love it!
Keep the bowl clean and I use cold water from the fridge.
We have this fountain too. It’s great for cats as well. We love it.
I add extra water to Dexter’s wet food to make sure he gets more water during the hot months. I also added two more water bowls throughout the house to encourage drinking more.
We have a couple different fountains and they are awesome!
Schooner & Skipper love to drink water. I will put ice cubes in their bowl, they like to drink from the hose when I am watering and I make little ice cubes with a little bit of low sodium chicken bone broth added.
Mom would love to try one of these. Misty is a messy water drinker. She likes to dig in her bowl. We think this might help with that.
Mom keeps fresh filtered water in the fridge for us and sometimes she adds ice cubes too.
Woos – Lightning and Misty
They like their water and keeping it fresh with this pet fountain would really be good for them
My dogs prefer full bowls with fresh, cold water. So, I change the water frequently to keep the bowls filled and get rid of impurities. I’d love a fountain like this. I would have to top off, but wouldn’t have to keep cleaning it like I do the bowls.
I think Rogue would love a DrinkWell fountain!
It’s so important to keep your dogs hydrated. I have a bowl of water for them upstairs and downstairs.
My dogs are pretty easy. They all like to chew and play with ice cubes. I also put them in their water bowl.
sometimes i will add no salt chicken broth to their water or i will put in flavored ice cubes.
I always make sure to thoroughly wash the water bowls each day because fresh, clean water entices them to drink more.
Keep cool fresh water available.
Ma likes to put cold water in my bowl to gets me to drink more…sometimes with icey cubes!
This is a cool fountain Koru Bear! You looks like you like it too ~ and what doggie doesn’t like drinkin’ outta the hose, right?! BOL
