Love these Bougainvillea flowers. For the past weeks, these flowers have gone through color changes. The quote “Earth Laughs in Flowers” is a great reminder on how quickly nature changes and how we should recognize the beauty of nature around us.

Fall is our favorite season. Fall is the time when temperatures begin to change, and nighttime is earlier. The best part of Fall are the beautiful foliage. We are missing it …
It’s still warm here in Southern California (still Summer like weather). The closet Fall colors we see every day are Bird of Paradise flowers, also known as Crane flowers. Bird of Paradise flowers are an exotic flowers, native to South Africa, and bloom from September through May. Bird of Paradise produces a unique flower that resembles a brightly colored bird in flight.
Sugar loves sniffing the Bird of Paradise. We learned recently that the Bird of Paradise is classified in the banana family Musaceae due to its banana-shaped leaves. No wonder … Sugar loves banana 🙂
