I am very grateful for having Sugar for 14 years and wishing for more.

Sugar enjoyed the extra special attention. She absolutely loved her special treats, Turkey-Spinach mini Meatballs. I made 14 mini-meatballs = for 14 days she’ll have her special treats.

Sugar’s 14th Barkday SMILE Pawty Hop
On August 10th, Sugar is celebrating her 14th Barkday! Her barkday countdown begins today. For the past years, Sugar celebrated by having a SMILE Pawty Blog Hop. Sharing Special {This Moment} With My Dog

If you’ve been a follower of our blog, you read many of our {This Golden Moment} posts I started in February 2011. I simply wanted to share a photo of Sugar capturing a simple but special moment to savor and remember. {This Golden Moment} eventually became our once a month {This Moment} See Beautiful blog hop.
I shared on previous posts that my life is full of special moments with my dog, Sugar. Sugar has also shown me to see the beauty in every moment. Sharing special moments with Sugar in her senior years is truly special. Here are 5 Special {This Moment} we shared on our See Beautiful hop.

1. Today Will Be A Great Day: Sugar reminds me that Make Everyday A Great Day!

2. Seasons Brings Change: Each Season brings a New Beauty of Life and witnessing with Sugar makes it extra special.

3. Smile: Sugar’s happy face brings so many smiles to my daily life. It is also a reminder that a simple smile brings joy to others.

4. Comfort: The best remedy I can ask for especially when I’m sad.

5. Journey not Destination: Sugar and I have travelled and seen many special places. Sugar has reminded me to focus on the beauty of the journey and not the destination. I will forever treasure these special Golden adventures with my dog, Sugar.

{This Moment} See Beautiful: Saying Goodbye

Last month, we were sad that our loving blog friend Goose went to doggie heaven. Goose brought so much love to his mom, Pastor Michelle. Even though we have not met Goose, we felt his love. Goose shared many of his beautiful adventures.

Goose and Michelle were the first blog friends that embraced our support for See Beautiful. One special reason we were inspired creating this hop. Today, we are celebrating our 3rd See Beautiful Anniversary Hop and honoring the Beautiful Memories Goose shared with us.

Blessed are they who See Beautiful things in humble places where other people see nothing.
